Aeroline unveils its second-generation design, deeply refreshed through an extensive restyling process that elevates its technical soul with refined detailing and premium craftsmanship. Clean and harmonious lines are perfectly integrated with hi-tech materials such as carbon fibre (applied at every connection point between the supporting structure and the shelves) or more classic elements like ceramic, solid copper, and black-coated steel.

Precise contours highlight massive, first-class lines, giving strong identity and a feeling of power. The new design concept introduces an even more modular structure based on the combination of different cylinders, allowing to easily adjust the heights between the shelves simply by adding or removing elements (an iconic and distinctive feature of all our collections). The internal aluminum sheet integrated into the mid shelf plays a crucial role, implementing the overall rigidity and stability. In addition, together with the mass dumper positioned beneath the top shelf, it helps to control vibrations by dissipating resonant energy more effectively. Even from an aesthetic perspective, the Aeroline has been completely renewed. The structure moves away from the fully silver steel finish and adopts an exquisite black-coated frame enhanced by a few copper or steel details (crafted from solid) for an aggressive, yet elegant, and modern look. The structural carbon fibre connectors are now finished in a matte surface, while additional elements like Viroc inlay panels complete the premium design.

First-class performance
Elegance, innovation and boldness

The solid steel structure with a diameter of 50 mm is joined to the shelves using special carbon fibre connectors that implement stability and at the same time act as dampers. Each shelf is then decoupled using the tried-and-tested system also found on the Reference Line and Revolution X, guaranteeing first-class performance. Rubber o-rings are positionated between each cylinder and at the interface with the shelves. The point of contact with the floor is made using height-adjustable semi-spheres, which, associated with a stabilizer rubber washer, guarantee extreme fine-tuning.

Aeroline racks are available in three stunning materials’ combinations. The ash grey shelves can be paired with ceramic, carbon fibre or Viroc inlay panels. Instead, the structure features an anthracite black frame and is available:

– Either with copper details and copper-colored aluminum sheet (mid shelf)
– Or with silver details paired with a silver aluminum sheet for a more elegant aesthetics.

The Urban Core - INDUSTRIAL GREY

Coming from the architectural world, the Viroc panels merge wood particles and cement in a refined composite structure, blending material strenght with natural expression. Its raw, irregular surface makes each panel unique, with variations in shade and texture that define its identity rather than imperfections.

The Noble Core - SAHARA NOIR

For the first time the ceramics make their entrance: Sahara Noir is an anthracite finish inspired by desert hot colors. The stone presents different stripes from golden to brown. Each panel is unique, leaving color combination to chance.

Maybe the finish with more charm: this ceramic panel reproduce the classic black veined marble that create a perfect contrast with the deep black of HDF shelf and the matte surface of carbon fibre connectors.

The most technical finish: the carbon fibre connectors combine perfectly with the matte carbon fibre inlay panels, creating a pleasant interplay of depth, precision, and material control.
